Pet Rent/Fee: $45 monthly pet fee per pet.
Community Fees
Application Fee: $50 non refundable per applicant 18 and older. Application process includes credit, income, and criminal background check.
Administrative Fee: $199 non refundable.
Online Payment Setup Fee: $10.
Convenience Fee: $4.70 per transaction charged by online payment processor.
Payment Requirements: Certified funds required.
